早速本日の商品を紹介したいと思います。

これです！セブンイレブンの肉盛り豚肉そばです！（税込み５４８円）

そば好きとしてはとても気になる商品でした。
レンジでチンして容器をあけると、、、まず具材とスープが完全分離タイプです。
味の方はというとまずだしの効いたつゆがとても美味しい！そして麺もひと昔前と
変わってとても良い食感ですね。
おじさんには豚肉に少し脂っぽさを感じましたがそこは許容範囲内といったところで
しょうか。

全体としては非常にまとまった味でまたリピートするでしょう。

セブンのそばのクオリティは確実に上昇していると感じました。

Evening everyone, this is J.

Let’s get straight to today’s product, “Soba with Pork and Bonito Broth (dashi) (tonkotsu)”, from 7-11. ¥548 tax included.

I love soba so I was really looking forward to this. After microwaving, I opened the package and…

The first thing I noticed was the ingredients all sit nicely on top of the soup. As far as the flavor goes, the dashi broth is really delicious! Also, the quality and texture of the noodles are so much better than they were in the past.

The old guy in me did notice that the pork was a little fatty, but I reckon it’s well within the range of tolerance.

All in all, this has a really well-rounded flavor, so I’ll probably be buying it again.

I’ve definitely noticed how much 7-11 have improved the quality of their soba products over the years.
