早速本日の商品を紹介します。
これです！LAWSONの「大盛り！ガーリックカルボ」
今日の仕事の合間のランチはあまり時間が取れなかったのでLAWSONで
買うことにしたのですが、カルボナーラ好きの私の目にとまり迷わず決定。
レンジでチンして蓋をとると、商品名の通りガーリックの香りが強めにでており食欲をそそります。味の方はスタンダードな部類ですかね。
欲をいえば、もう少しチーズ感と生クリーム感が欲しいのと、ブラックペッパーを小袋でつけてもらえると完璧です。
いつも家でレトルトソースでパスタを作るときは2人前のソースを1人前で使っているのでソースだくだく感に慣れちゃっているのかもしれませんが…。
とはいえコンビニレベルでのカルボナーラとしては十分及第点といえる味でしょう。麺の量も十分で、通常パスタだけだと物足りなさを感じますがこれだけで満足でした。

Convenience Store Diary no.2: Lawson Extra Large! Garlic Carbonara
Good evening everybody, this is J.
Let’s get straight to today’s product, “Extra Large! Garlic Carbonara” from Lawson.
I didn’t have much time for lunch during work today, so I decided to just get something quick from the nearby Lawson. I love Carbonara so I picked this up as soon as I spotted it.
Opening the lid after microwaving it, the product’s namesake garlic hit me with a strong aroma that got my mouth watering. Although, the taste was pretty standard. I would have liked a little more of a creamy, cheesy taste, and if there had been a little sachet of black pepper too, that would have been perfect.
I usually use a ‘2-person’ package of pasta sauce for one person at home, so maybe I’m just too used to eating pasta with lots of sauce…
So I guess I can say it’s good enough for convenience store pasta. There was a good amount so, even if I felt like I wanted something more than just your everyday pasta, this was enough for lunch.
